Rifle Giveaway – Official Rules Summary

Eligibility: Open to U.S. residents 18+ who are legally allowed to possess a firearm. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter: One entry per KDS course registration purchased Nov 1 – Dec 1, 2025. Legacy Course = 10 entries.

Prize: One (1) Noveske ChainShaw 11.5" pistol package (approx. value $1,500). Winner must pass a federal background check and complete an FFL transfer. KDS covers firearm and standard FFL transfer fee.

Winner Selection: Random drawing on Dec 7, 2025 from all eligible entries. Winner contacted by email and must respond within 72 hours. If ineligible or unresponsive, alternate winner selected.

Transfer Requirements: Firearm transferred only through licensed FFL. Winner must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass NICS background check. If unable to qualify, prize is forfeited.

Refund Policy: Courses purchased Nov 1–Dec 1 are non-refundable due to giveaway clause. If you cannot attend, KDS will reschedule you for a later session of the same course.
