Task Force Keystone

The Origins:

Task Force Keystone is a veteran and first responder organization that we formed in response to Hurricane Helene. Over the course of 10 days, we deployed to affected areas, relying on self-funded and donated resources to provide essential support. Our team conducted supply runs to hard-to-reach locations, delivered medical coverage, and coordinated the landing of over 20 military and civilian helicopters loaded with supplies.

In addition to these direct relief efforts, we served as a crucial buffer between small, isolated communities and the larger state and federal agencies. Many of these smaller towns lack the infrastructure or resources to communicate effectively with outside organizations, which can lead to delays in critical aid. Our role was to bridge that gap—offering immediate, on-the-ground support while facilitating the coordination and flow of resources between local governments and larger operational forces, including the active-duty military and National Guard.

We worked closely with local law enforcement and public safety agencies, integrating their needs and resources with those of state and federal agencies. By acting as an intermediary, we helped streamline communication and logistics, ensuring that essential aid and supplies reached the most affected areas as quickly as possible. Our aim was to stabilize these communities and provide the critical assistance needed during a time of crisis, all while creating a seamless connection between local and larger external support networks.

The Mission Continues:

Today, Task Force Keystone is growing and evolving to meet future disasters head-on. We are actively recruiting, training new members, and preparing for deployment wherever the next crisis may strike.

Your donations make this possible. Every contribution goes directly toward:

  • Boosting our training capacity so our teams are always prepared with the latest tactics in medical response, communications, logistics, and search and rescue.
  • Replenishing essential supplies like medical kits, food rations, fuel, and rescue tools used in past deployments.
  • Investing in upgraded equipment, from communications gear to mobility assets, that ensures we can reach and support communities in even the most challenging environments.

This isn’t just about reacting to the last disaster—it’s about staying ready for the next one. With your help, we can continue to build a highly capable, veteran-led response force that saves lives, stabilizes communities, and brings hope where it's needed most.
