Appalachian Range Day Ticket Description
Event Overview:
Join us for the inaugural Appalachian Range Day, hosted by Keystone Dynamic Solutions at the premier Panthera Training Center in West Virginia. This exciting event begins on Friday, October 17th, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST and concludes on Sunday, October 19th, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST. With open ranges, specialized training courses, and opportunities to connect with a wide array of vendors, it’s a weekend you don’t want to miss.
Each ticket purchased is an entry into the door prize drawing, featuring exclusive items from participating vendors. Winners must be present during the drawing to claim their prize. If you purchase a course, the $100 ticket value is included, so no need to buy both.
Merch Bundle Ticket: We are offering a ticket this year with Merchandise added to the ticket price. you'll receive a A.P.R.D. Shirt and Nalgene. We will need you to comment your shirt size in the comments at check out to receive your shirt and Nalgene.

Each course is one day, starting Saturday at 8:00 AM and ending at 5:00 PM.

Schedule:
Friday, October 17th, 2025:

5:00 PM EST: Event begins with a vendor social.
- Early access for ticket holders to set up campsites and meet vendors.
- No live fire during this time.
Saturday, October 18th, 2025:
- 8:30 AM EST: Ranges go hot, and training courses commence.
- 1:00 PM EST: Ranges go cold.
- 6:30 PM EST: Prize giveaway and group photo at the pavilion.
- Overnight camping available.
Sunday, October 19th, 2025:
- 10:00 AM EST: All participants and vendors must depart the venue.
On-site Camping and Food:
- Camping: Campsites are available throughout the event.
- Food Trucks: A variety of food trucks will be on-site to provide meals.

- Survival Equipment Vendors: Providing tools and gear for emergency preparedness and outdoor survival.
Training Courses:

Close Quarters Battle (CQB):
- Learn tactical skills for close-quarters combat, including strategic approaches, entry techniques, and room clearing.

Tactical Medicine:
- Life-saving care in tactical environments, covering hemorrhage control, airway management, casualty evacuation, CPR, and AED use.

Small Unit Tactics:
- Fundamentals of team-based operations, including movement formations, patrol techniques, and tactical communication.

Pistol and Rifle Fundamentals:
- Master firearm handling, stance, trigger manipulation, target transitions, and shooting on the move.
Note: Courses are taught by experienced instructors from Keystone Dynamic Solutions and are limited to 5-10 participants per class for personalized attention.
Camping Rules and Regulations:
General Rules:
- Camp Setup: Campsites available starting Friday, October 17th, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. Check in with event staff upon arrival for your assigned campsite.
- Camping Areas: Use only your designated campsite and keep it clean. Trash disposal is provided.
- Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Socializing after 10:00 PM is allowed in the vendor area.
Prohibited Activities:
- Alcohol and Drugs: Strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed without refund.
- Firearms: Only handle firearms at designated areas. Keep them unloaded except on firing lines or under instructor supervision.
- Open Fires: Not allowed. Use designated cooking equipment only.
Safety and Security:
- Emergencies: Contact event staff or security immediately. First aid will be available.
- Pets: Only service animals are allowed. Owners must clean up after them.
Departure:
- Clean Up: Pack out all belongings and leave campsites clean by 10:00 AM on Sunday, October 19th, 2025.
- Check Out: Notify event staff before departing.
